Payments are processed by PhonePe. We do not store card, UPI, or other sensitive payment credentials — all such data is handled by PhonePe according to their security practices.
Order and delivery information is stored in Supabase. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

We retain order information for as long as necessary to fulfill orders and for legal/accounting requirements. Users can request data deletion by emailing support@kpkaalan.com. We will process deletion requests within 7-10 working days, except where retention is required by law.
Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
