You are entitled to cancel your order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so by contacting us at support@kpkaalan.com
Once the order gets confirmed by us after 24 hours, you will be able to cancel the order by contacting us at support@kpkaalan.com with the order details and reason for cancellation, and we will charge Rs. 10 as a cancellation fee and remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
We will refund you no later than 15 days from the day of cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such refund.
